About Us

Regency Real Estate is a multi-practice commercial property consultancy established in Mayfair. The firm initially centred its efforts on providing bespoke Property & Asset Management Services. 

We manage a portfolio of 125 assets throughout the United Kingdom with a rent collection exceeding £50 million and over £15 million of service charge funds under its management for a variety of Clients. 

Owing to the success of the Management business, Regency RE has since expanded into providing ESG and L&T Professional services. At the beginning of 2023 we launched an investment division. 

Although the business is keen to continue its growth, this will be centred around providing a dedicated service to its clients. Delivering best in class advice across its business lines is paramount to Regency RE.
