Tom Bridgman, former head of Avison Young’s South East industrial investment team, has joined Regency Real Estate to launch the firm’s investment offering.

Regency Real Estate have launched the Investment Agency.
Owing to the success of the wider business, Regency has now expanded and established a brand-new Investment division, led by Tom Bridgman, a seasoned former Principal at Avison Young.
The Regency Investment team comprises a small group of highly experienced Chartered Surveyors with diverse areas of expertise, enabling them to provide expert guidance on property acquisitions and disposals as well as sale & leaseback strategies.

Nadeem Kassam joins from Lee Baron where he was a Property Manager in the Residential team dealing mainly with AST and block management.
Nadeem will be working closely with Head of residential Management, Lauren Newbury, to help oversee and service the growing Residential arm of the business.
Head of Facilities Management Team
Regency appoints Anwar Bellot as Head of Facilities Management. Regency are delighted to confirm the appointment of Anwar Bellot who joins from Chapman Petrie.
Anwar has 16 years experience in Facilities Management working on a diverse range of properties for various clients.
Anwar is a really important hire for Regency. He not only strengthens the Facilities Management Team but will also have responsibility for its running and growth going forward as we expand the business.
Regency appoints Samuel Stokes as Head of Property Management.
Sam joins with over 10 years experience joining from Savills where he was a Lead Director in the London Strategic Asset Management Team.

Regency appoints Lauren Newbury as Head of Residential Management.
Lauren joins from Savills where she was an Associate Director dealing with all types of Residential property for Landed Clients and Private Family Trusts.
We are delighted that Lauren has joined the firm to lead our Residential offering.
She brings a vast knowledge of all residential classes having worked with numerous clients on their prime and subprime residential portfolios throughout London and the South East.
Regency wins landmark Millbank Tower office instruction.
Regency has been appointed to manage the 340,000 sqft landmark office building situated close to Westminster off the River Thames.

Acquiring Dron & Wright Property Management Department
Regency RE has purchased the Property Management Department of Established London based firm Dron & Wright. As part of the purchase the existing team members of the PMD have transferred to Regency RE along with the Clients and Properties under management.
