Our Managing Director of the Investment team has over 15 years of experience acquiring and disposing commercial real estate.  Tom is London based with responsibility for overseeing and developing Regency’s investment business nationwide.

Tom is passionate about providing clients with a dedicated agency plus service. He prides himself on providing honest, trustworthy advice when sourcing and disposing assets.  Tom’s aim is to build Regency into the next generation of passionate, motivated agents with a great team culture.

Prior to Regency Tom was head of industrial investment at Avison Young, and previously worked at Gerald Eve and Capita.  Key clients include, Threadneedle, AEW, CCLA, IM, CBREIM, Cabot, WP Carey, Mirastar, ASI, EV Cargo, St Modwen, Equation, Canada Life and LaSalle Investment Management.

Significant projects include:

Antar and Discovery Park, Wolverhampton

Advised on the £68m freehold acquisition of a 450,000 sq ft multi let modern industrial estate in the heart of the Midlands for 4th Industrial and TPG, the UK’s largest regional multi let transaction of 2021.

Baytree, Dunstable

Disposal advice to AXA on 400,000 sq ft two-unit scheme in Dunstable let to UPS and Amazon.  Purchased by AIMCO for £130m.

Primark, Magna Park

Advised on the acquisition of 425,000 sq ft in Lutterworth let to Primark and acquired on behalf of Mirastar for £45m.

Tesco, Avonmouth

Acquired 60 acres on behalf of Equation and BGO from Tesco PLC for a speculative development scheme for £20m.

Bradbury Park, Braintree

Disposal of new prime, Grade A multi let estate on behalf of Equation to Caisson for £38m.

Poundstretcher, Huddersfield

Acquired a single let unit to Poundstretcher and sublet to Buy it Direct on behalf of WPC Carey from Moorfield for £40m.

About me

A born and bred Buckinghamshire boy, married to my childhood sweetheart Tara and blessed with four beautiful children who keep us on our toes!  I am a true believer of living for the moment.  I’m very impatient and want everything yesterday, which is sometimes difficult, given the length of some property transactions!  I am passionate about growing an agency with my colleagues and friends.  Outside of work, family comes first, however I am a keen runner and do manage to sneak onto the golf course every now and then.
