Jamie is Property and Sustainability Manager at Regency Real Estate, working within the property management function of the business to support clients meet their ESG goals. This is achieved in part through the identification of sustainability-related risks in order to futureproof assets against climate change and increasingly stringent regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Regency, Jamie worked at Langoen Assets as a Property Manager and ESG Lead. In his role at Langoen he was responsible for overseeing the management of 370 new build properties across the UK (c £140m) and providing advice on how to achieve operational efficiency across the portfolio.
Having completed Cambridge University Institute for Sustainable Leadership Sustainable Finance and Real Estate courses, Jamie has understanding and knowledge of how to utilise the built environment to create places that generate value for owners, occupiers, and stakeholders. This is a crucial component of ensuring the necessary asset resiliency to mitigate the risk of stranded assets while driving asset value and performance.
