Mike is a Director in the Investment Team, based in London. Since beginning his career in 2012, he undertook a variety of roles which provided a solid foundation for his move into Capital Markets in 2017. Mike has since gained extensive experience across all Investment disciplines which has resulted in a strong track record of acquisitions and disposals to date.
 
Mike is driven to provide excellent outcomes for all of his clients. Tenacity, honesty and a keen eye for detail have generated success in both on and off-market processes. With most of his experience coming in the office sector, he has a strong knowledge of the national investment and occupational markets, which he uses to his client’s’ advantage where possible. Prior to Regency Mike was a Director in the Capital Markets team at CBRE. Key clients include; CBREIM, Columbia Threadneedle, BNP REIM, Kennedy Wilson, Orchard Street, London & Scottish, Lenrose, BlueWater Capital as well as Private Investors.

About Me
Born and raised in Lancaster, Lancashire but having moved to London in 2016, I consider myself very fortunate to have enjoyed the fruits of both northern and southern living.
 
I love the vast majority of sports but Manchester United are my main passion (presently burden!). Playing golf is definitely up there, although my handicap should be much lower considering the hours spent! I am also increasingly jumping further aboard the Padel Tennis bandwagon…
