Philip Dale has over 12 years’ experience in the Commercial Property sector. He has worked in Property and Asset Management for Workman LLP, Motcomb Estates and Hudson Advisors before founding Regency Real Estate in 2019.

Phil is passionate about providing a flexible and bespoke service for our clients, building strong, long lasting  relationships based upon mutual respect and trust. As the driving force behind Regency Real Estate these values are at the heart of everything we do.

About me
I am a proud Yorkshireman who now lives in Suffolk with my wife, 4-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son. I love rugby and have played since the age of 4. Despite breaking the same leg twice, I am still going at 37… just one more season! I am a player and committee member of the RICS Rugby Club.
