Our Director of Property Management Sam Stokes has over 10 years’ experience in the Commercial Property sector working closely with private sector and landed Estate clients.

Sam has provided Property & Asset Management advice throughout his career at Workman LLP, JLL and Savills before joining Regency in January 2022 to lead the Property Management team and help develop the wider business.

Originally from Nottingham but now a proudly adopted Londoner living in Earlsfield with my wife. I’m obsessed with all sports but the master of none, despite my efforts. I can regularly be found at Malden Golf Club in my spare time (probably searching in the rough) having recently joined the club in June 2021.
