Regency Real Estate have launched the Investment Agency.
Owing to the success of the wider business, Regency has now expanded and established a brand-new Investment division, led by Tom Bridgman, a seasoned former Principal at Avison Young.
The Regency Investment team comprises a small group of highly experienced Chartered Surveyors with diverse areas of expertise, enabling them to provide expert guidance on property acquisitions and disposals as well as sale & leaseback strategies.

Lauren joins from Savills where she was an Associate Director dealing with all types of Residential property for Landed Clients and Private Family Trusts.

She brings a vast knowledge of all residential classes having worked with numerous clients on their prime and subprime residential portfolios throughout London and the South East.
